About Little Plaza Pizza
New York style pizzeria near Prospect Park from the La Flor Pizzeria team.
Located at 188 Parkside Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11226, Little Plaza Pizza operates as a pizza restaurant serving Brooklyn in New York. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Brooklyn, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across New York on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.
Hours are published for 2 days a week. On most of those days it is open 12β9 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (718) 294-1748. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is littleplazapizza.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Customers rate it 4.8 out of 5 on Google across 107 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded pizza restaurants in Brooklyn.
Brooklyn is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Brooklyn peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The crust, sauce, and toppings were super tasty and fresh. For me the crust is just too thin and floppy and doesnβt hold up. Unless youβre eating a slice with two hands, even if you fold it, the crust just falls and the toppings come off. Iβve only been twice but the pizza was the same both times. Really delicious, no doubt.

Ordered for delivery and was perfect on arrival. This is my first time trying little plaza and now itβs my favorite in the neighborhood. I went halfsies with half plain and half mushroom. βCarriageβ held and not floppy, iykyk. They could probably brown it a little more but itβs just the right amount of crisp for most people. All toppings were better than average.

Very solid pizza place in the area. Best tasting, quality and slices. I got the plain cheese and ricotta. Both were good. If youβre in the area for a slice shop. This will be your best option.

At 188 Parkside Avenue in Flatbush, Little Plaza Pizza presents itself with the quiet confidence of a shop that knows exactly what it wants to be: clean, compact, and unfussy. The room is bright, the counter orderly, and the soundtrack, surprisingly wellβcurated, does something few slice shops manage. It makes you want to stay. I arrived planning to take my slice to go; I ended up lingering. The staff greet you with a politeness that feels genuine rather than rehearsed, a small but meaningful distinction in a city where sliceβshop service can range from brusque to barely sentient. Here, there is warmth. A friendliness that doesnβt slow the line. The pizza itself is thoughtful, if not yet fully realized. Ingredients are fresh, and the shopβs connection to the team behind La Flor, known for its Spicy Pep Ranch slice, shows in the attention to toppings and combinations. But the foundation, the dough, could use a touch more salt. The crust is wellβstructured, but it lacks that final whisper of savoriness that defines New Yorkβs most memorable slices. Youβll also notice that both slices and whole pies run slightly smaller than the cityβs standard 18βinch behemoths, a choice that may

Top 3 favorite pizza slice in the city, 100% favorite slice in Brooklyn!ππΌ The crust was crisp, the flavor was on point, and the staff was super personable. Four different people walked in and ordered while we ate and all of them said this is their new favorite slice in the area. Weβll definitely be back soon! ππΌ
